Clean, Happy And Looking Good!

"Angela took incredible care of our boy Trip. Since he was a puppy (he's 5 now), I have done all of his grooming and care by myself. Last year, through pregnancy and having my first child, I completely fell behind on his grooming needs and it got out of control. I'm ashamed to have let it get this bad. But Angela was so compassionate, and I could tell she really wanted to help Trip and help us get to a fresh start. Trip was incredibly nervous and he has always reacted aggressively during our grooming sessions, so she said she wanted to build a relationship during their time together in hopes that he would become more comfortable, even offering to have her husband cook him up a chicken breast as a high reward treat. She spent the whole day with him (10am - 7pm) giving him several breaks to walk, potty, hydrate, eat some chicken, etc. between grooming stints. When I returned to pick him up, I was so blown away by the difference that I cried. Angela did such amazing work, was so caring and attentive to our boy, and it feels like we finally have our dog back. Not to mention she did all of this on one of her days off! Her husband was also so kind and loved Trip, and her staff were very friendly and helpful too. She's earned a lifelong customer in us, and I'm sure Trip will be so excited to see chicken lady again lol (we'll bring the chicken next time ).
